House has seen everything sell from the tiniest of trinkets to cars
valued at one hundred thousand dollars.
We specialize
in estate auctions - furniture and household items, as well as bankruptcy
and liquidation sales. Mike is a certified appraiser (CAGA), a licensed
by NY State in Real Estate. He has experience in appraisals doing
extensive work for attorneys, banks, as well as many NY State and
Federal agencies and courts.
We are long
standing members of the NYS Auctioneers Association, the National
Auctioneers Association, the Certified Appraisers Guild of America,
and Mike is a Certified NY State Assessor.
